Our story
Two catering leaders were tired of the same problem. So they called someone they knew.
Arthur Glenne and Ingar Holter each ran their own catering business, Spiskammerset and Paa Bordet, and knew the frustration first-hand: orders scattered across multiple systems, no one who really knew which menus were making money and which just looked like they were. The solution didn't exist to buy — it had to be built.
They reached out to Per Henning Johansen, who had spent years building technology solutions through IT company Prosit. That was the start of Eventering AS — and of Order Arena, the system the three of them have developed step by step for over six years, driven by the same question throughout: what does a kitchen actually need, not what looks good in a product pitch.
They didn't just want an overview — they wanted to know exactly what each dish cost them, and which menus and products were actually turning a profit.
For six years, Order Arena has matured through close customer relationships rather than a big launch. Eventering AS brings that experience into 2027, when Order Arena is planning to open up to the wider Norwegian catering market.
What has been proven in practice with a small group of chosen customers is now set to become available to an entire industry still running on email, spreadsheets, and gut feeling.
